It's a Super Six love thing...

She arrived Friday. All boxed up and brand new. As I carefully unpaked the box containing the 2008 Cannondale Super Six road bike I realized she was nearly weightless.

It was love at first sight.

Now my Taurine has a friend... the Super Six!!

Ain't she beautiful?!!??!

700c.. o.k.
I have a what I call ab=n earned lump on this one, you crushed me in a dual slalom oh... maybe... 21 years ago...so I get topn post this tidbit of "YO dude, hey try this!". Glad to read your excuited about 700c wheels, yep, they rock hard indeed....pleaase please please, hop on a 29er for a few rides, they are genuinely so beautiful in the woods, at home in the bumpies and boobie jigglers, great climbing, better traction on loose descents....

Thanks for replying back...you the one who bought the wheelset? I'll try the 29er some day but till then I have the TAURINE! It's so nice! Do they work for short guys like me ?

wheelset - not me..
shorties - I'm short also at 5'8.
works dandy. The only 26" wheel bike I'm keeping is my really old steel Yeti, cause I never broke any bones on that bike...yay!

no not me Tinker,
you're the sameheight as I am from what I remember when you killed me in a DS.. I think you were riding a yeti I was racing for fisher, I'm about 5'8-ish.. you would fit well on one actually. They roll through things in such a fun way, I wish I was more of a literary virtuoso to describe the feeling to you. It's well, indescribeable.
logs are less of an obstacle, accellrating is much more immediate. they handle better, and they are super fast all around.
doing any cross this fall/ winter? go get'em...
